 Due to a number of new client wins, we are currently seeking a Consultant (Corporate) to join our Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with 5+ years’ experience in a consultancy or agency environment who is looking to accelerate their career working with a first-class client list of leading international and Irish organisations

As a Consultant at Reputation Inc you will be a trusted advisor and day-to-day lead for clients across sectors including FMCG, financial services, retail, pharma/healthcare, technology and consulting. You will play a central role in delivering strategic reputation and corporate communications programmes that drive meaningful results.

Working closely with senior colleagues you will shape strategies, provide clear counsel and ensure flawless execution. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to business development, mentor junior team members and help shape the future direction of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts ensuring strategic delivery and strong outcomes

Manage timelines, budgets and delivery standards across multiple projects

Support new business efforts through proposals, pitches and relationship-building

Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Develop and implement reputation and corporate communications strategies tailored to client needs

Provide confident counsel on corporate positioning, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership and issues preparedness

Analyse campaign results and deliver meaningful insights to clients

Stay ahead of industry trends and foster strong stakeholder and media relationships

Skills and Experience

5+ years’ experience in a consultancy, agency or professional services environment (corporate communications, reputation or related field)

Strong track record of client management and delivery of strategic communications programmes

Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to distil complex issues into clear messaging

Confident solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a distinct advantage alongside exposure to sectors such as financial services, retail or professional services

Collaborative, motivated and commercially minded team player with a strong interest in reputation as a business asset
