We are looking for an Operations Manager to work across our offices in Dublin and London that will help to grow and develop our business.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for various elements of our operations including office management, IT and logistics, liaison with key service providers, providing support on sales and marketing activity, event management, compliance and administration, as well as playing a key role supporting our international team and managing recruitment.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with experience in office management and the areas set out above, ideally in a consultancy environment, as well as experience assisting in the management on a variety of projects.

Oversee the smooth running and operations of our physical London and Dublin offices, including but not limited to, organisation and maintenance of the space, equipment ordering, acting as the main point of contact with building management and other service providers
Oversee the deployment of IT equipment across our offices and with individual team members, including liaison with our IT providers and suppliers, procurement and maintenance of inventory.
General administration relating to our offices.
Team development and recruitment
Assist in the onboarding of new hires in London, Dublin and Oslo
Support the recruitment of new talent into the business
Support in managing professional and team development within the Reputation Inc team
KPI Performance Tracking
Support the managing partners on the development of various reports and documentation relating to the management of the business.
Support the finance team on the development of key reports and various other administrative tasks, including liaison with suppliers, invoicing, reconciliations, and cost management.
Support the management team on culture initiatives, company policies and social activities
Diary and event management
Coordinate and manage the overall office diary
Lead the organisation of physical events internationally as well as events run virtually
Brand building and marketing
Support the partner responsible for the Reputation Inc and marketing programme on a range of initiatives to promote the Reputation Inc brand and raise awareness of our unique insights and service offering.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work flexibly and independently while reporting back to the team.
Good broad-ranging experience of using a range of IT applications including Office.
Be motivated, dynamic and with a can-do attitude.
