We protect vigorously our clients' right to confidentiality. Their reputations are not there to bolster ours. So, although we are proud of the work we do for our clients, we do not publicise who they are or what we do for them.
We can, however, explain the type of work we conduct. Here are some examples.
- We advise several leading organisations on their reputation management infrastructure. This may include developing separate functions, assembling them into a coherent strategic unit, up-skilling individuals on a number of disciplines, building teams, rethinking accountability and management, or strengthening their relationships with external communications agencies
- We work with chief executives and other senior managers on their own leadership roles and reputation programmes
- We help clients build real partnerships with political, economic, academic or social leaders. Because we are not political lobbyists, we are able to do this without jeopardising anyone's integrity, and with both parties contributing to, and benefiting from changes in policy and thought
- We use our reputational risk assessment and management methodology to help clients to act decisively in areas which affect, or may affect, their reputations
- We advise organisations at the highest level, and occasionally high profile individuals, on media short term intervention. This is not always in a crisis situation; often our work is about strengthening positive reputation or addressing changing circumstances or expectations. If needed, we also work with CEOs under pressure
- We work with clients to develop and implement responsible strategies. We are not traditional CSR specialists and believe that responsible corporate behaviour and reputations go well beyond compliance and philanthropy
- We help clients analyse, map and plan their stakeholder engagement programmes. We help them conduct peer to peer dialogue with constituents who have a real interest in their operations, can affect their licence to operate or hold viewpoints – critical or otherwise – about their behaviour
Every client is different. Although we have a number of analytical tools and methodologies, our clients tell us that it is our approach which they appreciate most. It is the way every single client is supported by senior, experienced and knowledgeable consultants. It is the way we are constantly examining and evaluating how we can improve what we do. It is the way we are guided by best practice. It is the way we never rest on our laurels.
