A former financial journalist, John spent five years with Business & Finance, Ireland's leading business magazine, initially as a researcher and then as a financial reporter covering public company results and business profiles. John then moved into stockbroking with NCB, Ireland's leading independent securities firm, where he held senior positions in equity research and corporate affairs. For over seven years, John headed up NCB's Wealth Management Division before becoming Group Director and Chief Operating Officer. During his time in NCB, John was responsible for corporate communications and media relations for the Group and he provided investor and media relations counsel to a wide range of client companies on key corporate events including IPOs, Private Placings, Mergers, MBOs and Take Privates. John is a Graduate of Marketing and a Member of the Securities Institute.
