Frédéric is Partner and has widespread experience of international political affairs, governmental relations, policy strategy, planning and media management
From 1999-2003, Frédéric was Founding Director of the Policy Network, an International think-tank, launched by the British Prime Minister and numerous other international leaders, which acts as a policy forum for Governments, Experts and Business Leaders. The Policy Network, chaired by European Commissioner Peter Mandelson, has been at the forefront of the policy debate in Europe and is in charge of the international Progressive Governance Summits.
Frederic also organised different policy programmes for Governments on corporate responsibility, employement and social policy, but also the first international forum on education reforms with the UK and French Governments and senior European Ministers/advisers.
Prior to founding Policy Network, Frédéric was Senior Research Fellow at the leading British centre-left think-tank IPPR, the Institute for Public Policy Research, working on European regulation. He also spent a year as an analyst with City shareholder advisor PIRC and at Fleming Investment Bank as a European Analyst.
A graduate of the Institute of Political Studies [Sciences-Po] in France, Frederic holds a MA in European Studies from Sussex University, an Mphil from the London School of Economics [ Chevening Scholar] and was a PhD Fellow of the European University Institute in Florence with the French Foreign Office and the European Commission where he developed research on pension and corporate governance reforms.
At ReputationInc, Frédéric heads the public affairs and stakeholder function, providing strategic counsel and advice on policy development, stakeholder strategy and infrastructure to major corporations, international governments and public bodies. He lives in London with his wife and two children.
