Eileen’s work focuses on reputation strategy. She helps clients establish clarity on organisational vision and values. She brings corporate culture to life by implementing strategy, developing corporate messaging and running executive workshops.
Eileen advises clients on reputation research and uses the insights to devise effective stakeholder engagement strategies. She leads research on sustainability, materiality analysis and future issues forecasting across the FMCG and financial sectors.
Prior to joining ReputationInc, Eileen worked as a business analyst for a strategy consulting firm, serving clients in social philanthropic, marketing strategy, organisational transformation across industries. She holds a MA in International Relations from King’s College London, and an MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
Eileen has a passion for food and Pan-Asian cuisine. She has recently developed an interest in opera and classical ballet music, and can often be spotted in the West End on Friday nights.
